We own and manage the park along with the Cabin and we have an onsite staff for anything needed, just like a hotel. Located 40 minutes northeast of Durango, CO, Blue Spruce RV Park & Cabins is a quiet, full amenity campground in The Vallecito Lake Community. Our park is nestled in The San Juan National Forest and backs up to the mountains. The park is a short drive to Vallecito Lake and surrounded by great hiking trails and outdoor activities. Our amenities include a dining hall for group events, game room with parlor games (pool tables, air hockey, darts), basketball court, horseshoe pit, ping pong table, and a great outdoor pavilion. We offer multiple cabins, park apartments, and pre-setup RV's for rent. We are a perfect launching point for endless outdoor fun with amenities to keep you and your kids busy when back at the park. The mountains are calling! The Larkspur cabin & bunkhouse are the perfect Vallecito escape. Located just north of Vallecito Reservoir. Cabin: 4 beds, 1.5 baths (5 guests). Bunkhouse: 1 bed & fold mattress (2 add’l). Marina is 3 miles away, trails less than a mile. This cabin is in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle & bustle. Easy access to activities, a peaceful night’s rest, a book by the pellet stove or create new memories around the fire pit, enjoying s’mores with friends and family!

Enjoy all Vallecito Lake has to offer from this 2 bedroom 1 bath log cabin located at the North End of Vallecito. You can walk down to the Lake or the Country Market while taking in all the fresh mountain air. Outside your cabin enjoy the charcoal BBQ grill and patio furniture. Also included in your stay are use of the heated indoor swimming pool (Pool is Open May 1st – Nov 30th, Dec 20th – Jan 6th Daily Hours: 10am – 8pm) & playground located 4 miles south of the cabin at Pine River Lodge.

Half Street Haven in Lake City

This eclectic three-story log home is on the edge of Lake City. It offers stunning mountain views. This colorful house can sleep up to 8 people. The house has stairs including a tight, narrow spiral staircase to the basement. It has an open-floor plan upstairs with a king bed & a full bathroom. There are bunks beds in the basement along with only one TV. This home is ideal for people looking to unplug & unwind. It also has a wrap around deck with a BBQ & parking for a truck & trailer onsite.

Modern and newer construction (completed in May 2020) second floor guest house for rent. Two bedrooms and two baths, approximately 1125 square feet. Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Huge 12' x 36' second story deck with amazing views. For folks bringing pets, note that pets cannot be left unattended in the house. If you leave the house, take your pets with you. Town of Lake City permit # TLCR05.

A beautiful studio home located in the historic downtown area of Lake City. Close to town park, restaurants, pubs and shopping. OHV access to the Alpine Loop. Vallecito Creek Front Retreat- Dog Friendly

Our home sits right on Vallecito Creek. Enjoy the waterfront while you relax. Three bedrooms, two baths with a large kitchen and open dining room makes for great family time . Cozy up by the fire in the winter or sit on the deck and watch the water go by in the summer. Large fenced dog yard for the pups. Dedicated work area so you can keep up with the office if needed. Vallecito is where you want to be. Perfect retreat! Only a half mile from the trailhead.

Backcountry Basecamp 3

Smaller room with private bathroom and entrance from the outside. There is a queen bottom/ long twin top bunk bed. You also have access to an attached laundry room. There is also a small covered porch. There’s a pavilion in the yard with bbq grills and nicely landscaped areas throughout. It’s across the street from the visitor center, post office , and movie theater. You can ride atvs to and from the property to access the alpine loop. Plenty of parking for trailers.

Creede Meadow Cabin

This cabin located 10 min west of Creede has amazing views of the Weminuche wilderness and is walking distance to world class fly fishing on the Rio Grande river. This cabin gives you easy access to outdoor activities and Creede, including the Reparatory Theater. This is the perfect base camp for your next adventure. Wake up to elk grazing in the meadow, explore during the day, and relax at night in this custom built cabin with unique features from the local area.

Pilgrim's Rest

Lovely private entrance two-story guest house. Downstairs has living room, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and closet. Upstairs loft features panoramic views of mountains and private porch overlooking aspens. Quiet downtown location one block from downtown shopping and restaurants. You will be pleased with our fast Wifi. All are welcome here. There is a 2 night minimum please do not request to book for less than 2 nights.
