Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Unsere neu renovierte Ferienwohnung liegt an der Sonnenseite von Uttendorf (980m Seehöhe), mit herrlichen Ausblick in das schöne Stubachtal! Die Ferienwohnung ist ca.90 Quadratmeter groß und liegt barrierefrei. Auf der großen Terrasse oder in der Sauna können sie entspannen. Die Wohnung bietet eine geräumige Wohn-Essküche mit TV, 2 Bäder mit Haarföhn(1 mit WC), 1WC extra . 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett(2 davon mit TV).Außerdem wäre eine Schlafcouch vorhanden so das 6-8 Personen Platz finden.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Bedroom is divided into two spaces. With a bed and a sofa bed for 4 sleeping places. The apartment is located 300 meters from the Zwolferkogel, 400 meters from the village center of Hinterglemm. The ski bus stops next door. There is enough space for skis and boots in the basement.

Wood cladding on the upper floor, stone and plaster below, a large carport – hard to miss! Parking: Simply choose a suitable spot under the carport or in the parking area. Each apartment has one covered parking space and one regular parking space available.
