Luxury villa in Niseko Hanazono w/Delica in Winter

Set on 1600 m² of land, Setsuin is beautifully located in the North Hills area of Hanazono. The house opens onto a creek and a forest, private from the neighbours. The other side faces the East Ridge of Mt. Annupuri, so popular for back country riding. The Hanazono Resort is just a few minutes away by car, or 10-15 minutes on foot. During the summer you can enjoy BBQ in the garden terrace and the golf course is just minutes away. A complimentary Delica car is provided during the winter season.

Completed in 2019, with 4 bedrooms plus a tatami room, this 3-storey resort home fits 10 and is perfect for families or groups of friends. After a day skiing Niseko's slopes, relax in the enormous bathtub and take in the Yotei view. And socialise in style in the spacious living room with premium dining table, modern furniture and a huge smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV.
