A great area to explore after a day of sun and surf at Wrightsville Beach which is just 10 miles away! Bring your furry friends along for just $25 a night, per dog, and let them enjoy our fenced-in backyard and sidewalk-lined streets.

I take great pride in sharing Wilmington’s hidden gems! Perfect for weekend getaways, vacations, or extended business stays.

Cape Fear River Condo cannot be beaten with its location! It's in the heart of downtown and a short walk to restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. The best feature of the space is the beautiful view from the balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee on the rocking chairs or end the night with a glass of wine while enjoying a fantastic sunset. We are dog friendly, but need to approve your pet ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.
