This unique, spacious, open and bright loft is located in a vibrant neighborhood on the north side of Antwerp near ‘het Eilandje’. The space (75m2) offers a separate bathroom with Mosaic rain shower, separate toilet and fully equipped open kitchen. The south facing garden (80m2) is surrounded by beautiful trees and guarantees sunny, relaxing days to wind down from the hussle & bustle of the city. My place is easily reached with one straight metroline, only 2 kms from Antwerp Central Station.

This cosy rooftop apartment has been fully renovated to gain the most out of its surface and views. A combination of bio-based materials such as clay plaster and tadelakt were used with existing elements and new high-end finishing. The open floor plan emphasises a luxury shower and a fully equipped kitchen. A hidden sliding door separates the living area from the bedroom if desired.
