Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. This centrally located studio apartment is just a few minutes drive to all of Galveston's major attractions. The apartment has been updated with new flooring, paint, furnishings, cold AC, etc. It is located behind the main house in a separate building with a private entrance and a parking area for use by guests. Guests have access to the backyard of the main home. No loud behavior out of consideration for neighbors. Several convenience stores within walking distance. 0.6 miles to beach.

Riverside getaway between Houston & Galveston

Riverside Manor is a peaceful retreat outside of Houston, just 15 min from NASA and Galveston island. This self enclosed Guest suite has a private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette (no full stove). Exit through the kitchenette straight down to the river, where you can relax around the fire pit, fish in the Bayou or paddle a kayak (or 3). Property is raised up amongst the trees, surrounded by nature and peace. Can sleep 4 but best suited for one couple, families or 3 close friends.

Grandma’s getaway cottage.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

Relax and have fun with the whole family at this peaceful 2-bed 1-bath beach house. The big fully fenced-in yard provides a safe location for kids to play as well as a place for small dogs. It also has a fire pit to enjoy with your family. The home sleeps six people comfortably and includes a big size upper deck with seating perfect to watch the beautiful sunrise or have your preferred drink while hearing the waves at evening. Cozy barn apartment on a lovely small farm, secluded and quiet in the country. Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.
