-This place is on the alley that just takes you 1 minute walking to the main street (150meters) - this studio is on the 1st floor of the building and it has two ways to access : one stairway inside the building and and one private staircase at its balcony outside to go up to the studio . -This cozy studio provided all you need that makes you feel like at home . - The kitchen that is fully stocked with coffee, tea, and kitchen appliances that you can easy to prepare for your own meal. - the queen size bed with a comfortable mattress. - the balcony outside which you can smoke and have a fresh air. . it just takes you some steps into the Bui Vien street where is crazy, crowded , and famous for backpackers. All equipment and facilities are provided for your usage and the apartment's keys upon arrival for 24/24h access. - when you check in , you have to give me your passport information because of Vietnamese policy -you are feel free to ask me anytime when you need something or some tourist information , i would like to help you as much as I can to make you feel good during your stay in my place Set in Downtown, the house is steps away from a variety of coffee shops, street food vendors, and restaurants.
