There is a solar heated pool which is great in the summer, a pool table in a separate games room, and a playground for kids. It is 15 mins to airport and 25 drive to the centre of Hobart. The grounds are spacious and there is ample parking. There is also a private outdoor under cover barbeque area.

You’ll love my place because it is tranquil, has a true waterfront location on the stunning Derwent River with it's own private jetty and the ambiance and outdoors space is magical..
