Walk over to the Nauti Turtle for dinner and drinks on the river or head down to the Fremont Beach for swimming and launching your boat. The house has a 4 bedroom, 2 bath in the main area and an attached private 1b/1bath suite! The screened in porch is ideal to spend mornings & evenings. Children's items, the fire pit (w/wood), kitchen and grill are all prepared for your easy arrival!

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This is a great lakeside home close to some of the best fishing spots on the lake. The lake has a sandy bottom where the kids can enjoy swimming or kayaking. Fish off the dock or bring your boat and enjoy the whole lake. It is only a 4 minute drive to the boat landing and bait shop. Launch your boat once and leave it on the boat lift. Boat to many waterfront restaurants or drive to many nearby restaurants and supper clubs.

We have a team of professional cleaners that disinfect and throughly clean after every guest with fragrant-free detergent/cleaning products. We don't use air fresheners.

Near the Kimberly YMCA and on transit bus line. 5 miles from downtown Appleton. This home is pet friendly with a fenced in backyard. Take the shuttle from Tanners (walking distance) for a low fee upon signup to the Green Bay Packers Stadium! Kayak rentals or water floating mat, available upon request.
