Set at the back of our property with private lane access, it offers comfort, privacy and a memorable stay if you are visiting family, attending special events in Melbourne, working or travelling.

A great base from which to explore our beautiful beaches and city.

Lakes Studio is a sweet little space situated on the border of Newport and South Kingsville in inner West Melbourne. Newport is approx. 15 mins from the CBD via car or train. We are less than 5 mins walk from a couple of cafes, restaurants, a small grocer and laundromat and a short 5 min bus ride from a shopping centre for anything larger you may need. On the doorstep is Newport Lakes precinct, comprising of self guided walks, birdlife, dog walking and great picnic spots.

It’s a short walk to Altona Gate Shopping Centre and only about 12 km (7.5 miles) by car from Melbourne CBD. - Parking for two cars is available in the driveway, directly outside the front door.
