This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! This little gem has its own outdoor dock and is located right on the Fox Island trail! Because it is right on the water we have a propane Cinderella incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. These colourful stages are a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax by the indoor propane fireplace or enjoy a beverage on the dock!

Cozy Oceanview Bungalow in Hillview, Trinity Bay Welcome to our cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow, a perfect retreat nestled between the rolling hills and tranquil waters of Newfoundland. Located in the peaceful town of Hillview, we can accommodate up to 5 guests to relax and unwind. Inside, you'll find a fully finished basement with two rec rooms with a dry bar and a small pool table. It has an ocean-facing patio, with a gazebo, BBQ, and patio set, great to take in the breathtaking views.

As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. The Cozy - In Chance Cove, Ocean Front Cottage

A cozy ocean side cottage, about an hour outside of St John's NL, you find this little piece of paradise where you can relax and enjoy amazing ocean views. In season you can see whales right from back deck, Minke and Humpbacks. When the Caplin are rolling you can see them all along the beach and the trails beaches. Or maybe just relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the beach. Just a short walk along the beach and you are at the start of the Chance Cove coastal trail.

We offer parking for 2 to 4 vehicles and a comfortable outside space where you can relax after a day of exploring.
