Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

From the cozy sofa corner to the spacious bedroom and the fully equipped bathroom with fluffy towels, we've thought of everything to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The kitchenette provides you with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. A basic supply of salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil is available, as well as all cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery. For an active start to the day, a capsule coffee machine is at your disposal so you can enjoy your morning coffee to the fullest. The large south-facing windows flood the dining and living area with sunlight, providing plenty of space for a relaxing yoga session. The spacious south-facing balcony invites you to linger and unwind. A small seating area and loungers (in summer) are provided for your enjoyment. Through the balcony, you also have access to a small storage area where you can store additional sports equipment, shoes, recycling materials, and more. Ferienhaus Neuschwanstein - Apartment Bergblick

The apartment "Bergblick"/"Mountainview" offers space for 2 to 4 persons on approximately 70 square meters. This two bedroom apartment is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, a cozy living room with TV and a dinette, a and bathroom with shower and WC. Your private south-west facing balcony offers great views of our landmark mountain, the "Säuling" and invites you to relax and sunbath. During summer evenings it is terrific spot to observe the alpenglow, a gorgeous reddish glow of the mountains.

Hittisau – ein Bregenzerwälder Dorf mit 2.200 Einwohnern – ruhige, zentrale Lage mit guter Infrastruktur. Vor der Tür: Nagelfluhkette und Hittisberg – ideal für Wanderungen mit der ganzen Familie und Ausflüge in Vorarlberg, in die Schweiz und ins Allgäu. Der Bodensee und Bregenz sind nur 30 Minuten entfernt, Wintersportspaß in Mellau-Damüls (30 Min.), Hochhäderich und Balderschwang (10 Min.). Direkt an der Loipe gelegen, lädt das nachhaltig erbaute Strohhaus zu einem authentischen Erlebnis ein.

Brenda´s Mountain Home

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Das ist unsere große Erdgeschosswohnung. Umgebaut aus dem ehemaligen Dorfladen mit über 3m Raumhöhe und richtig viel Platz für alle - nicht nur im großen zentralen Wohnraum, sondern auch mit genug Rückzugsraum in der Lounge und den vier Schlafzimmern. Licht von allen Seiten, zwei moderne Bäder, Terrasse direkt am Bach mit Blick zur Zugspitze, Garten, nette alte und neue Details - was will man mehr? Und jetzt ist sogar der Dorfplatz neu renoviert.
