This house is a cottage, built in 1970 and offers an iconic,well equipped, bach experience. The beach entrance is 800 metres away and is a great spot , a golf course is 5 mins away.

Kotare Cottage is tucked away in a peaceful rural setting, close to the Ohau River and to Kuku Beach but only 10 mins drive to Levin township. Out of the kitchen and dining room windows are expansive views of the Tararua Ranges, catching the early morning sun and late afternoon sun from the deck and the lounge windows. It is an open plan 3 bedroom cottage with a log fire for the cooler evenings. There is a full kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom with large shower.
