Our island cottage is perfectly placed under a canopy of magnificent live oaks, about 300 steps away from the ocean. Nestled on a quiet beach access street, central to all the best attractions, shopping and eateries on Oak Island; close to attractions in Southport. It is one of our favorite places to spend time together and we look forward to sharing it with you, your loved ones and friends.

Welcome to RISE AND SHINE at Oak Island Beach Villas! Fabulous location on tranquil Caswell Beach. Close to amazing food, the iconic Oak Island Lighthouse, and top rated golf yet you feel the peaceful vibe of being on the east end of the island. Steps from the beach with breathtaking views, this beautifully decorated condo features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and sleeps 5-6. Choose a short walk to the pool (seasonal) or simply relax on the private balcony listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean.

A Beach Getaway at Holden

This is just what you are looking for. An affordable place to relax. Holden is a quiet, friendly, family oriented beach. Our home is located on the third row with no one in front of you. From the new back porch, we are steps to the beach. We are a short walk or bike ride to a public park, restaurants & ice cream. ATTENTION RENTERS! The public beach access closest to us is closed. You will have to use the beach access to the left, about 200 steps. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old

We also have a twin size bunk bed and a pull out couch, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Whether you're looking for a romantic escape, a family vacation, or a relaxing solo trip, our beachfront condo has everything you need for a perfect stay.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Cozy Studio near Beaches Pet Friendly

The charming guesthouse is conveniently located within a short distance of beaches, shopping, and food: Sunset Beach (12 miles), Ocean Isle Beach (8 miles), Holden Beach (9.7 miles), and Calabash (13 miles). This 500 sq. ft. newly remodeled guesthouse is designed to provide all the comforts of home. Equipped with a comfy queen bed, sofa, kitchenette (no stove), and clean open space. There is a shared driveway with the property owner who resides in the 75-year-old farmhouse being remodeled.

Dixie's Cottage- Apartment on the ICW Water Access

This apartment has its own private back porch to enjoy breezes coming off of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring your kayak/paddle board to enjoy the ICW. Holden Beach, grocery & dining are 3 miles away. No Smoking on the Premises. No loud music, no visitors and no partying. Guests may use the dock & pier (at your own risk) Guests can watch the activity on the water and Jet skis are for rent nearby. ** No WiFi, No Children, No Pets. This is our home and we hope you enjoy Dixie's Cottage !!!

No stairs, ground-level are ideal for children, older guests, and pets (pet fee collected separately). Lots of amenities and beach items are provided for your comfort and convenience.

Beautifully decorated beach themed OSW1 complex top floor keyless entry 3 bdrm, 2 bath oceanfront condo with panoramic views of the sea. This unit boosts a fully stocked kitchen, ready made beds with all linens and two baths with a set of towels per guest. New furniture, two large wall mounted TV’s, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are available for your convenience. Sunday -Sunday weekly rental in summer season with the exception of July 11th, 12th weekend is available.
