Summerhouse is a nice, comfortable newly built 3 bed, 2.5 bath "home a way from home" with Free WiFi, SAT-TV and fully equipped so you and your family will enjoy relaxing.

Soak in hot tub next to the fire pit. Take dip in neighborhood pool or head to the beach. You are sure to enjoy your stay in Rockport. 5 minutes from boat launch. 15 minutes from Rockport Beach and 30 minutes from Port Aransas Beach. **** Airbnb is misleading guests house is 15 min walk from beach. It is not. To get to the water, you must drive. There is no water access from the house. I can’t get Airbnb to correct this. Please do not book if you are expecting to walk to beach. *****

This contemporary cabin nestles between our upscale, intimate RV resort and our home in a shady backyard. Steps from our fishing pier (OPEN) and Aransas Bay its location will please fishers, walkers, bike riders, golf carters & runners. Whooping Crane Cabin features a spacious bedroom, living room (complete W/ fold out couch), a large, new television set and kitchenette (microwave, toaster oven, fridge). The large bathroom has shower/tub combo. Wifi (NEW WIFI 7/10/23) laundry room.
