A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddle boarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

This beautiful and compact space has often been likened to staying in a ship’s quarters but without the perils of the sea. The property is situated just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful sandy beach and prom and is only two minutes walk from Cromer’s famous grade II listed pier. The most glamorous hut on the beach! Staying in Wells? We've had magical times at our beach hut and love helping you to as well. We provide deck chairs, wind breaks, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar. We share with guests all our toys and games, including buckets & spades, cricket, rounders, boules and more. Our favourite time is as the beach empties and the sun sets on another perfect day. No overnight stays. Dog friendly. Please leave the hut clean and tidy for the next guests.

Beautifully furnished and decorated to a high standard. Light and airy with views overlooking the adjacent common. 5 mins walk to the railway station (also with frequent bus service) and a further 5 mins to the beach. Good location for walking and bird watching. Situated between Cromer and Sheringham (2 delightful Victorian towns) each with their own golf course and many other attractions, each having a variety of shops. There is also a general store and post office in the village.
