Beautifully decorated comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood with a nice yard and a large patio and grills. Lots of Ski resorts close by with shopping and a variety of restaurants. Cozy cottage has the flavor of yesterday with modern amenities. Has a Full kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. We have upgraded to fiber optic. We would love to host you! Non smoking. Your space is private. You share the yard but have own private entrance and driveway and space. We only allow dogs, no cats.

Downstairs apartment. 4 Bedroom 2 bath with private entrance and kitchen. Great room for relaxing with gas fireplace and 72"TV. Hot tub hammock and fire pit overlooking Antelope Island and the Salt Lake Valley. Great sunsets. Fenced yard. Dogs live upstairs. No pets without prior approval. Extra fee of $10 for guests 5-8.
