The cabin is nestled to the back of the 3.6 acres of a private wooded land with a short walk to the all sport lake. The updated home features two bedrooms, sleeping loft, family room, washer/dryer, all the amenities of home. Enjoy the 160 ft of lakefront off our private dock. We have 2 kayaks, a Canoe and a small fishing boat, floaties and life vests for boating or swimming. Enjoy a day at the lake, cook dinner on one of our grills and enjoy the evening by the firepit.

It's a short 15 min drive to either the excitement of Silver Lake Sand Dunes, or a relaxing stroll in downtown Pentwater. Enjoy smores by fire, while experiencing our beautiful sunsets. Nestled in a small cove on a big lake, Swan Cottage is a fully renovated vacation rental that sits directly on Lake Wabasis with 65' of private shoreline. Swan Cottage includes the exclusive & complimentary use of a 20' pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle boat & 70' dock w/platform from May through October, weather permitting. (All watercraft/docking equipment stored away the rest of the year).
