Open concept living room with full bed pull out couch option, dining area, all-season porch with electric fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer for guest use. Multiple wedding venues, restaurants, beaches and hospitals are less than 30 minutes away. Visit our maple sugar shack just down the road!

Looking for a quiet peaceful getaway? Our Maine post and beam home is set on 7 acres of lake front. Great getaway to enjoy marshmallows and a roaring fire, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, boating or enjoy a great movie. For downhill skiers proximity to King Pine, Sunday River, Shawnee Peak and Black Mountain. Cross country and snow shoeing on property and on the lake. If you have a snow mobile- great trails available. Finally, great shopping in nearby North Conway at the outlets.

Sandy Cove Camp on the Saco River - Private Beach

A classic Maine river camp on a quiet, clean stretch of the Saco River. Your own sandy beach and dock to swim and jump off of. Bring kayaks and canoes, or walk in off the sand. Most of your time is outside: the covered porch with hammock chairs, the fire pit by the water, a big grassy yard for games, dinners outside. Inside is cozy knotty pine, comfy and lived-in, with good linens on every bed. Sleeps 8. It's a camp, not a luxury rental, and the water and sandy beach are why you come.
