This is a private in-law suite next to the attached garage of a beautiful mountain view home located conveniently near Monte Sano, Five Points, and Downtown HSV. Safe and quiet neighborhood. This is a studio guest suite with a private living room and private porch. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.
