Hello! This Studio Guest quarter is located in the hills near the Hollywood Sign. It's nestled in Beachwood Canyon, which is very centrally located-just minutes away from the 101 FWY and Universal Studios. Hollywood Blvd is only about 1 mile away. Other attractions nearby are Pantages Theater, Hollywood Bowl, Grauman's Chinese Theater, Hollywood and Highland, Warner Bros Studio, The Grove, Sunset Blvd and more. You can walk to several restaurants. Uber is also available if you don't have a car.

Charming 1920’s bungalow on quiet cul-de-sac in Beachwood Canyon. House is light and comfortable with outdoor spaces for dining and barbecuing. Perfect stay for a group of friends or family. Walking distance to cafe & market (4 mins), fun local bars & restaurants (15 mins), and amazing hikes in the hills up to the Hollywood Sign (45 mins). And a 10 min drive to Universal Studios! Note: the house is not child-proofed for crawling infants or roaming toddlers and therefore not recommended.
