Háafell Lodge

Welcome to Háafell Farm where we raise sheep, keep horses and have one friendly dog. Our private guest house is located 200 meters above the farm, up the mountain at 130 meters above sea level. It is a recently built (2020), 100 square meter, modern “turf house style” house. Háafell means “The High Mountain” and has a long river that cascades down its side with several tiers of waterfalls. It is a five minute walk to our canyon and it is possible to take a cold bath in one of the waterfalls.

Nónsteinn is one of three cabins that we own. Nónsteinn, Grásteinn and Grýlusteinn. Our cabins are a perfect getaway place to enjoy the nature at it fullest while relaxing with a breathtaking view. Bjarmaland - A Cozy Blue House near the Ocean

Bjarmaland is an old stonehouse in Hvammstangi. It's a small house, about 55m2 and has three floors with two rooms on the ground floor; Bathroom and Kitchen, the entrance at the first floor, and a cozy Bedroom/Living room on the second floor. Only 1 minute walk to the Supermarket, the Tourist Information Center, Icelandic Seal Center and the restaurant in the town; Sjávarborg. Nearby, only few minutes walk, is the Swimming Pool, the Post office and the Bank. Licence: HG-00005547

Hvammur 2 Bjarg Cottage with a private hot tub

Bjarg is a summerhouse in Bjarnarfjordur, 25 km from Hólmavík. Excellent location for travelling to North/South Strandir or Westfjords. The house stands by the river that runs down the valley. It is a quiet place an excellent place to see the northern lights. Swimming pool and geothermal hot tubs are located in Laugarhóll about 1 km from the house. Outside the house is a fire place, surrounded with trees. Good for quiet evening under the sky and aurora borealis.

Rustic Cabin with a View

Rustic Cabin is a micro apartment connected to our farmhouse. The kitchen and living-room are in the same space where you have two beds, a sleeping sofa and a wonderful view of the sunset or the northern lights - if you're lucky. And then there is a nice private bathroom. Steinnes is a farm located in picturesque Icelandic scenery with a beautiful view of mountains and the river running by. It lies 15 minutes (by car) south of Blönduós and 2 km from the main road.

The best view in town! Peaceful place directly located at the waterfront. We provide a nice and cosy flat on the lower floor in a two-story house with a garden and ocean view from bedroom, kitchen and living room. Centrally located in Hvammstangi town with everything in walking-distance: supermarket, restaurant, seal center, swimming pool, KIDKA knitting factory, pharmacy & more. Eyri seaside houses north, with great sea view.

Eyri seaside houses is a cozy, warm and brand new guesthouse with a great ocean view, located on our small horse farm. We are located at Hvammstangi but still super private and the only thing you see from the apartments are the ocean and landscape. There are a lot of birds at the beach and there is even a chance that you will see some seals. Every now and then we get some whales in the fjord but it has to be your lucky day to see them.

Cosy and spacious apartment located in a private and quiet area in Hvammstangi. Only a 15 minute walk to the centre where you can find the supermarket, restaurant and liquor store. Private patio with a nice view over the country side. The apartment is equipped with a smart tv, Chromecast for easy access to Netflix, Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee, washer, dryer, dishwasher among most common kitchen appliances.

Kolsstaðir - Piece of Heaven

The cottage is designed in the old Icelandic country style, but with house heating, hot water, well equipped modern kitchen with a dish washer. The ground floor is 35 (square m.) Upstairs there is a 20 square m. sleeping attic with one Queen Size bed (140x200 cm).

The farmhouse, Borgir is located in the North West and is an ideal basecamp for visits to West Iceland. The house is only 10m from the ocean on Borgir, a land of it's own 2200 hectares.
