A 2 minute walk down the hill to central Holmfirth. Inside: Private and self-contained. Gas central-heating. Comfortable double bed. Wifi, TV, DAB radio. Fridge. Tea and coffee. Hairdryer. Built in our garden, this hideaway serves as accommodation for our large family to use when visiting. It has a large open plan kitchen/lounge diner with a sofa bed, one double bedroom, an office area, bathroom and a utility room housing the laundry facilities. It has underfloor heating and is double glazed. There is a dedicated parking space on our drive and a deck to sit on, in good weather.

River Holme Cottage is a 200+ year old over dwelling cottage, located in the picturesque village of Holmbridge, in Holmfirth. The lounge / dining area has the original stone fireplace with a wood burner. Original stone flooring and a juliet balcony overlooking the River Holme below. Two bedrooms both en-suite. A king bedroom and an adult size bunk bedroom. (Our secluded garden is slightly separate, to the side of the house. It’s a 10 second walk to the side gated entrance)

It's at the top of a steep road, but benefits from amazing, countryside views from the top (and the H3 bus runs up every hour!). Holmfirth Vineyard is close by. Cannon Hall Farm and Yorkshire Sculpture Park are about 20 minutes drive. Close to the Peak District national park 🏞️.
