The Coach House is a lovely, self-contained cottage located within the grounds of our farmhouse. It is a very short walk away from Weybourne beach, The Ship Inn, The Maltings hotel and our village cafe and shop. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

Parva House is a Grade II listed house in one Holt's prime locations, blending modern facilities with period charm. Parva House is one of the most beautiful historic properties in the town. We're very dog friendly - we can accommodate 1 well behaved dog. Parva House is tucked away on a quiet road, with the myriad independent shops, pubs and restaurants that Holt is famous for only moments away. Further afield, lose yourself in the glories of the North Norfolk coast and countryside.

Take a break and unwind at this wonderful cottage. Canister Hall is tucked away in a truly special location and is believed to have been built in the early 1800's. Situated down a quiet loke, away from the hustle and bustle of the beautiful market town of Holt is our comfortable and charming cottage. The Holt House is a beautiful, dog friendly holiday home in North Norfolk. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). It is in a quiet residential street a few minutes walk from the centre of Holt. It has a parking space with additional free on street parking available. The Holt House if perfectly situated for guests to enjoy short breaks or longer holidays. It's a short drive from the North Norfolk coast. Thursford, which hosts the Christmas Spectacular is 7 miles from Holt.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

The Dolls House is a traditional Norfolk cottage dating from around 1880. The space has been completely renovated with all the luxuries you will need for a cosy getaway. Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares and squirrels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'wanet edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut.
