The home is located in Milolii near city of refuge, Punalu’u bakery, South point. Milolii is 35 miles south of Kona and 65 miles north of Volcanoes Natl. Park. Great area for the adventurers. Located in Papa Bay on a three acre parcel in south Kona. Plenty of privacy in a lush Hawaiian setting. Cool breezes at a 1,000 foot elevation. If you are a scuba diver, we take you out on shore dives. We provide tanks and weights. If you want to snorkel, we can give you a tour of places to snorkel. All of our services are free for our guests. Our location in southern Kona makes it convenient to visit the Volcano National Park, Green Sand Beach, Black Sand Beach and other local attractions.

Coffee Farm Retreat

咖啡庄园 Five acre coffee farm, elevation 1500', about one mile up mountain from Highway 11 south Kona. The road is all weather, paved in some places, a little bumpy, worth the 5 min ride. This is Hawaii farm country, not your suburban street with lights and sidewalks. 100 people will visit, 99 love it, one person will complain about the road. Not for everyone. The best views in Kona, quiet, plenty of room. Out of the way, but not isolated. Two bed rooms and a private loft with views.

Milolii Whale House With Ocean Views and Pool!

The Whale House is a great home to watch the whales migrate down the Kona Coast in season! The house has 3 private bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths on two levels. The upper (primary level) includes a full service kitchen, two master bedrooms and 1 & 1/2 bathrooms. The lower living area is separate from the main living space, is handicap accessible (See Accessibility Notes) and has a private master bedroom and master bath. The house is perfect for couples or families.

Kanaloa

Kanaloa (God of the Sea creatures) over looks the Ocean, this room is 140 sq ft, with a queen bed, small table with chairs, no kitchen, large window to view Milky Way, sunrises, all while laying in bed. Kanaloa has its own private composting toilet 25’ from the room, bathroom sink, beach shower. A glamping room for short stays for those wanting a lower nightly price, clean, comfortable, getaway, close to Green Sand Beach and other popular place.
