The Birch Suite: Large, Cozy NH Themed Apartment

Our home and attached apartment is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in southern NH, just minutes from major N/S highway Route 93. We are thrilled to offer our New Hampshire-themed apartment to individuals, couples and families. Each room is decorated to represent the most interesting aspects of our state: the purple lilac bathroom, the maple bedroom, the white birch living room and a large second bedroom/playroom we call "the state room" - a fun, educational room of all things New Hampshire.

Sunny 2nd floor apartment set up in the trees in downtown Concord. A half mile walk or drive to historic main street shops and food. Private off street parking Centrally located right off of interstate 93 & 89. Plenty of seasonal activities nearby: Mountain biking, Skiing/Snowboarding/Snow Shoeing, Loudon Raceway, Apple Picking, Leaf Peeping, Lakes, Rivers, Ponds, Hiking The Space: Private open concept apartment with full kitchen, 1 bedroom with attached full bathroom. The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets. Additionally, we provide air conditioning, high-speed internet, and Netflix for guests. The space is professionally cleaned AND linens are professionally laundered!

Cozy studio located on 90 acres of private property that includes conservation woodland and fields, perfect for a challenging hike and wildlife viewing. Apartment has 1 queen bed with roll out cot and a full bathroom with shower and selection of towels. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, and the washer and dryer downstairs mean less packing. When not out and about exploring the countryside there is WiFi and a smart TV to keep you entertained.

Centrally located to bike parks, white water park, numerous skiing and hiking options. In an hour's drive, it is possible to be at the shore, in the mountains or one of our great cities! Our guest suite has a private entrance to a mud room and is fully furnished, full kitchen and bath and can sleep up to 6 people.

Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.

The Outlaws - Pet Friendly Studio W/ King Size Bed

Kick off your boots and take a load off in this urban desert-inspired king-sized apartment. Natural leather, wrought iron, and cozy Southwestern-style textiles make for a warm and upbeat vibe, while amenities like the equipped kitchenette, full bathroom, and comfortable bedding keep you relaxed and rested between your adventures. This studio is dog-friendly! A doggy bed can be made available upon request.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The apartment is located on the second floor. The property is located at South Elm Street, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Access on both main highways 293/93 SN. Is 10 minutes away from SHNU Arena, Downtown Manchester, Bedford and South Willow Street. ✔️ I don't allow Service Pets, due to a bad experience that I had in the past.
