We are close enough to Birmingham, but far enough away that you can take a walk around our neighborhood lake and feel that you are far away. We have a fully equipped kitchen. We even have a coffee and hot tea selection to make your morning or evening special. We are conveniently located off of Hwy 280. 29 minute drive from UAB. 17 minute drive to Grandview. 25 minutes drive to Brookwood. We hope to make your experience special!

Lakehouse on Lay Lake with the most amazing sunsets and year round water. There’s a MBR on the main floor with a large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. 3 king beds upstairs with full or twins in each room. 1 large full bath with 2 showers. 1 half bath with laundry room on main, plus an outdoor bathhouse. Shallow 3-4 ft water & private boat ramp and large pier. Big yard with a hammock. Big porch. Pool and ping pong tables, kayaks and paddle board. Swimming pool heated Mar-Oct. Spa heated year round.
