It sleeps up to 8 in 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the main house, with the added versatility of sleeping a further 4 in a separate annex. The building is a Victorian property in Torcross, with 3 floors and large rooms with high ceilings. It's very spacious with 'boutique hotel' style decor!

This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.

Our house is wonderfully located with views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its new large decking area overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors. The large, open space is great for a getaway any time of year.

Our 2 bedroom cottage is a cosy home from home that is in the heart of Teignmouth town centre, just minutes away from beautiful sandy beaches, renowned restaurants and lovely seaside shops. The cottage is decorated with a modern finish, keeping it simple and clean, yet warm and homely. Ideal for couples, families, small groups of friends and professionals. The Rocket House is an old fisherman's store right across the road from Portwrinkle beach. A cosy, one-bedroom cottage with an open plan kitchen, diner and sitting room with a large window that looks over the sea. Across the road the beach is perfect for rock-pooling, swimming and a day on the sand. Perfect for that intimate getaway, cuddled up in the cottage with simply breath-taking scenery on your doorstep.
