Top Deck Cottage is a direct Oceanfront cottage tucked just behind the ocean dune. This studio cottage is perfect for one or two people but can accommodate up to four. The picturesque settlement of Hope Town, famous for its candy striped light house, is just a quick golf cart ride away. If you have not yet experienced the Abaco islands you will be truly amazed at the crystal clear water and beautiful islands. The people are friendly and helpful making this a top-notch vacation destination.

Down Thru is a private island escape, thoughtfully renovated in 2022 to solar power to allow uninterrupted service during the frequent island outages. Set on 2 private acres, it features 360° views, open-concept living, upper and lower wrap-around decks (800+ sq ft), direct beach access and dock for boats up to 32’ on the Sea of Abaco. Ideal for families to explore the settlement & iconic Lighthouse or a romantic couples get-away - swim, relax, & make memories in this peaceful, island retreat.

This 3-bed, 2-bath home has large covered decks overlooking the Sea of Abaco. Upstairs there is a 1/1 with the open living offering addition sleep quarters, the dining and kitchen area, plus 1/1 on lower level that also looks out to the Ocean. Shared dockage adjacent the house. Only accessible by boat. We can arrange drop off and pickup.

Perfect casual beach cabana! This 2 bedroom beachfront gem is perched atop the sand dune with steps to the most beautiful and swimmable section of the world famous North Beach of Great Guana Cay. The view from the open concept living room and kitchen with 12' ceilings is simply breathtaking! We are located on the oceanside of the settlement , just down the beach from Nipper's Beach Bar and Grill. There are three Condo's in this building, two oceanfront and one garden front.

Green Bananas is a charming Bahamian beachfront cottage with a private dock and a/c. The beach has abundant sea life which you see as the sea turtles and stingrays glide by. There is a sea kayak for your use, along with nice beach lounges. The main bedroom on the first level has a queen bed with a chaise lounge, and the upstairs bedroom has 2 double beds. There is also a reading alcove with a twin mattress off of the living area for extra sleeping space.
