Our cottage offering it all; a cosy sitting room with fireplace, Austrian style dining corner, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub to relax for private use. The bathroom with toilet, shower and separate bath, is located downstairs. The two bedrooms are located on the first floor. We now also offer equestrian stays so you can bring your own horse! Private field in front of the cottage. We allow guests to bring max 2 dogs. The system will add this surcharge automatically. A perfect stay for all

A spacious self contained one bedroom cottage with a bed that can be configured as a super king or two singles, on Speyside whisky trail, in rural location, 10min drive/ 35-40min walk from centre of Aberlour, spectacular views, patio garden, pets welcome. many Distillery’s, local attractions, restaurants, pubs & shops all a short drive away, perfect for quiet getaway & exploring the beautiful area with its countryside, beaches & mountains, suitable for a couple/friends sharing/couple with baby.

Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Findhorn offers life at a slower pace surrounded by warm friendly people and Dilkusha offers easy walking access to the waterfront/local amenities.
