Winifred is a Georgian 2 bedroomed mid terrace cottage located a 3 minute walk from Gorleston's beautiful award winning beach.The cottage has been completely refurbished to a high standard. Sleeps up to 3 comfortably. The ground floor has a large lounge with smart TV and access to a rear courtyard through the dining room. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with long sized bed, cosy single bedroom and modern bathroom with bath/shower. Note stairs are steep. Free public car park 50m away.

Capel House Annexe

Capel House Annexe is a modern, completely self contained annexe, with own kitchen, lounge, master bedroom and shower/wet room. It has a balcony with view over garden and woodland beyond - not overlooked by main property or others. Situated in Claxton, just 6 miles SE of Norwich, its a quiet village, about 3/4 mile from the River Yare with great walking right on the doorstep - quick and easy access straight onto the marshes and Wherrymans way. Ideal for a weekend break or longer stay should you wish to explore the Norfolk Broads and several beaches which are only a short distance away. During the winter months why not visit the seals at Horsey. Shepherds Delight looks out on to a westerly direction where you can experience the Norfolk big skies and most beautiful sunsets.

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

A night at the museum.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
