The cottage is 2 minutes walk from shops, pubs, parks and restaurants. Under 15 minutes walk to the beach. Ideal for walks, cycling, birdwatching & watersports. Milford on Sea is on the south coast, a vibrant village between Bournemouth and Southampton in the heart of New Forest next to Lymington.

Attached to a beautiful farm house, and set within the New Forest National Park, the Bolt Hole offers a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy the hot tub and take in the garden and paddock views. When it is chilly, draw the curtains and light the wood burner. Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 3 minutes' drive to the wonderful New Forest. Bring your dogs & horse too! We have stables & a manege.

A gorgeous newly renovated characterful cottage situated in central Lymington. Lymington High Street is home to an array of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés. The New Forest National Park, with its free-roaming ponies, donkeys and cattle, is just a short drive away, as are the beaches making this the perfect base. We also provide a parking permit for the local car parks at the beach and forest allowing you to make the most of exploring during your stay

Walk through its gate and you’re on the coastal path with close shingle beaches in both directions and a short walk to the popular village of Milford-on-Sea.

Ashtree House - Three Bedroom Detached House

Situated a ten-minute walk from The Cliff House and just five minutes from the beach is Ashtree House. Sleeping up to 6 people (5 adults), across three bedrooms with a cosy living room, kitchen diner and sun trapped garden it’s the perfect place to unwind with your friends and family. Detached and beautifully finished dog friendly home, suitable for families or couples and a short walk to Barton on Sea clifftop and the beaches below.

Box Tree Cottage

A delightfully comfortable self contained private annexe. It is light and bright, decorated in a simple fresh style yet retaining the character of the cottage. It has been refurbished to a high standard and is non smoking accommodation for the comfort of all guests. I continue to be guided by Airbnb to welcome guests safely and to Box Tree Cottage in regard to COVID infection.

Walk to the National Park or drive to the coast and charming villages.

Just 2 miles from the coast and less than a mile from the New Forest, The Old School House is a characterful, privately owned, self catering cottage. Offering a retreat for couples, friends and families for both short and long breaks. Alternatively, popular with business when working in the Southampton or Bournemouth areas. All year round availability.

Grade 2* Listed next to 11th Century Priory Church

Grade 2* Listed situated in the heart of Christchurch Historic Old Town next to the 11th Century Priory Church. The property has undergone a full refurbishment (new kitchen, bathrooms etc) in 2021 and offers a parking permit for the duration of the stay. There is no on site parking.
