From the home it takes 10 minutes to reach downtown Hendersonville, 40 minutes to downtown Asheville & 25 minutes to DuPont State Forest. Beautiful one level house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen with everything you need, high speed cable and streaming tv. Playnation swing set for the kids. Fire pit ,hot tub,and two large decks to enjoy. Gas grill , outdoor patio set and very nice swing on the deck steps that lead to the stream at the lower end of the property.
