The Riverhaus

Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Life jackets are provided (Two adult, four child, & two infant). ***Disclaimer*** River levels are currently very low at this time.

Chanticleer Log Cabin for 2, lake cove, 26 acres

Unwind in a restored log cabin just for two with special comforts and seclusion, perched amidst oak trees, with a detached screened porch/fireplace. There is ONLY ONE guest cabin on 26 acres with our Lake Travis shoreline in the distance. A pastoral sunrise view of deer across the field begins the day. Central A/C, smart tv, clawfoot tub/shower, cotton bedding, duvet and robes. Propane grill. See the night sky, Wildlife/flowers, birding, stars-all yours. We opened Chanticleer Log Cabin in 1996!

Cabin In The Woods

Come stay for a relaxing time overlooking the San Gabriel River with a beautiful panoramic view. It is a safe wonderful get-a-way for fresh air and shaded walks. The Cabin has its own driveway/parking.There is a well defined path, 5 min walk to the River, where you can relax, picnic,swim, Kayak or fish. At Cabin we have Volleyball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Fire-pit wood, pool for you and your family to enjoy in warm weather with privacy. *Sorry but we will not be able to host parties.

Pedernales River Cabana with Pool and Hot Tub

Picturesque guesthouse on the Pedernales River in the Hill Country. Off Hwy 71 between Austin & Marble Falls the property is close to wineries, breweries/distilleries, boating/fishing & the Hill Country Galleria. Krause Springs, Hamilton Pool, caves & ziplines are close by. Cook dinner in the outdoor kitchen or visit local restaurants. Relax by the pool or enjoy the large hot tub anytime of the year. Bring canoe, kayak, or boat to use from personal dock. Dock is under repair and not in service.

Chill on your deck at night soaking in the beauty of the sun setting over the lake, & marvel at the "firefly" solar lights in the tree illuminating your private nature sanctuary. Relax in your private hanging tree hammocks, or have some fun on the water and rent ON-SITE kayaks, paddle boards, or canoe. Rejuvenate with a private yoga, personal training, or massage session? We are a 4 minute walk to Stonehouse Vineyard winery, and just up the road from Krause Springs spring-fed swimming hole!

Horseshoe Bay Family Getaway

This jewel is in the charming Oakridge neighborhood on a quiet cove on beautiful constant level Lake LBJ with direct access to open water. This two story, three bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom house sleeps 10-12. The house features a large master with full bathroom, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, and 3 televisions with cable. Enjoy using the gas and charcoal barbecue grill on the upstairs wraparound porch overlooking the dock that hosts available boat tie-ups. This cove is a secret spot for avid fishermen!
