Located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, it has stunning views of Howe Sound , the North Shore mountains, Keats Island and Soames Hill. The suite is new and has everything you need for a wonderful stay, including in-floor heating. Directly across the road is a trail down to beautiful Hopkins Landing beach merely a 5 minute walk. Located 2 minutes drive from the ferry and a 5 minute drive to the lovely seaside town of Gibsons , where restaurants, craft breweries and little shops will delight.

Enjoy ocean gazing or cozy up for the winter nights, and relax in this calm, stylish space. Outdoor shower is your only bathing option in every season- it’s a delight! Hiking, cycling and running trials, are abundant. Five minutes to the golf course. Please note the kitchenette: microwave, bar fridge, bar sink, kettle, French press, dishes, and cutlery. *There is a short gravel path to the suite that may be difficult for folks with mobility issues. Yet only a 8 minute drive to Parkgate shopping Centre. Situated at the base of Mt. Seymour Provincial Park, with mountain biking trails. We offer a 650 sf suite , with one bedroom, and an additional fold out couch that sleeps two. Has a full bathroom with tub/shower. Use of kayak and Paddleboard.

Roy Road Cottage is set on the backdrop of our waterfront property in Roberts Creek, a 15 minute drive from the Langdale ferry terminal. We have private beach access right off the property. There is no view of the ocean from the cottage. Well off the main road our waterfront acreage is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate.
