We promote a sustainable, eco-friendly lifestyle that creates a unique, memorable experience for our guests and our planet! Blockhouse Perry is quiet, pet-friendly, and conveniently located by, but not in, downtown Spokane. Blockhouses are built only using sustainable practices and materials, allowing us to be net-zero, so our guests can enjoy a "sustainable stay" that reduces their carbon footprint for a net-zero future.

Comfy studio apt in safe & quiet neighborhood

Studio apartment. We sanitize all surfaces and wash blankets in addition to linens. You may check in without contact with hosts. Covered parking, no frost on windows. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower with new hot water heater, plenty of hot water. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please no romantic rendezvouz. (but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

Enjoy 240 feet of waterfront access with a wide variety of activities at your doorstep, including hiking/biking trails at Riverside State Park, and Nine Mile Campground Public Boat Launch both just 7 minutes away. This memorable place is anything but ordinary.

Serene Lakeside Retreat

Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers a coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Gorgeous year round location, enjoy water sports, hiking, fishing, ATV, golfing, skiing and more. Mermaid Ranch sits on 23 gorgeous acres of forested country land overlooking Long Lake and the Spokane river. Mermaid Ranch guests can enjoy our in-ground unheated private pool and Hot tub (Seasonally Opened May - Mid October dependent on weather) and sweeping river view.
