Welcome to our beautiful retreat in the heart of Rural Sussex. This lovely self contained and fully equipped annexe is part of an 18th century barn conversion. Tucked away at the end of a private lane in the hamlet of Small Dole with uninterrupted views across the South Downs National Park, it's a perfect base for exploring the area. We're 30 minutes from Gatwick (parking and transport can be arranged) and Brighton, historic Arundel and glorious Goodwood are all within easy driving distance.

You are close to Leith Hill, Pitch Hill and Holmbury Hill as well as the Vann Lake Nature Reserve. 4 doors up from the Inn on the Green the space has been sympathetically restored to create a comfortable self-contained annex. "The Little Annex" is completely self-contained with private access, a kitchenette, work space, double (4' 6") bed, en-suite shower room (with modern digital shower), fast wifi, and driveway parking. Easy access to local amenities including Horsham and Littlehaven stations, and local bus routes. We look forward to welcoming you.

South Downs Way Loft ( Tinpots)

The South Downs Loft We’re situated in the South Downs National Park on the South Downs Way half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is bright & comfortable. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, a couple of comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.
