This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!

Private and quaint location in Bitterne Village, which has a good selection of pubs and restaurants within walking distance or a short taxi ride. 5 min walk to local shops and supermarket. 5 min drive to the M27 motorway with onward access to the M3. 10 min drive to Southampton city centre, and the sea front/Ocean Village Marina. 5 min drive to the beautiful Hamble (River) with a great selection of pubs and restaurants along the river.

River Rose Retreat Shepherds Hut, view and hot tub

River Rose Retreat is a cute and cosy shepherds hut, located along side the stunning river Hamble, in the quaint village of Botley. The Shepherds Hut, which is within walking distance from Botley village and train station, has it's own garden with hot tub, seating area and fire pit, surrounded by trees whilst gazing out on to the river. Although we adore dogs ourselves, unfortunately no dogs are allowed.
