Above it all, escape to your private mountaintop and only minutes from lakes, hiking, downtown and golf. National forest is your backyard and Hot Springs Village is your front yard. Mountaintop is surrounded by lakes & trails. Guests tell us they think it's an amazing view -- 'million-dollar view' --and it's affordable, too! The apt is separated from our home and features spacious windows, king bed and porches where you're always welcome. Large cable TV, strong wifi allow you to have it all.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

The other bedroom also has a queen size The kitchen is updated and fully furnished for your use. The other bathroom features an arthritic tub which is for one person at a time

Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.
