You are close to everything when you stay at this centrally located studio. Ski in/ski out (normal snow conditions) Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars & cosy places to hang by the fire. An in-house restaurant makes for an easy night of dining in. Tea & coffee making facilities plus a microwave allows you to come home for lunch or a snack, or stay in the studio for a meal at night. Sauna, communal ski room, drying room, ski hire within the complex. Direct access outside via the rear hallway.

Ski right out the front door of this stylish apartment in the heart of Hotham village and to the top of the Village chairlift. Featuring breathtaking views over the Dargo plains, modern styling, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, dining table, and a sofa The complex has a spa, sauna, heated indoor pool (only open during ski season June to September), and laundry facilities. It's only a short walk from the main car park & over-snow transport is available for your checkin/out (additional cost).

Located within the White Crystal Complex, our Apartment is ski in/Ski out. We provide high quality bed linen with extra large soft white towels and Salus Botanics. The Large bathroom is great for long hot spa baths after a powder day. Our kitchen is fantastic, with a supermarket located within the building. Our Apartment has a fantastic drying cupboard, laundry with washing machine, and is alway cosy and warm. If you prefer to stay in, we have free Foxtel and wifi to keep you entertained.

Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *2026 is byo towels & linen due to having a baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen & towels please ask and I'll arrange.

Our Hotham Home with a View

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

Boasting spectacular views.. Alpine Heights is a majestic location situated at the top of Mt Hotham. Come and stay and see the native spring flowers bloom, go for beautiful nature hikes in summer, and see local towns, warm colour array of falling leaves in autumn. Spectacular! This apartment has a king bed that can be split into x2 single kings, as well as a fold out single sofa. Long term stays available. Linen and towels will be provided.

Little Gem

Little Gem, is just that a tiny studio apartment (3m x 2.8m + small bathroom) but it has all you need for a comfy stay. Located on mountain you can (if there is enough snow) ski/board down to the village chair and village areas. In the opposite direction you can ski/board most of the way to the Big D. The apartment can be accessed via a snow track or stairs and a short walk to the free village bus which can take you around the mountain.

Triple One Studio Apartment is perfectly located in the Hotham Central building displaying magnificent views over the ski resort and beyond. It doesn't get better than this location, with access to everything you will need from ski hire, cafes, supermarket, restaurants, ticket sales and gift shops.
