Calling groups who love the outdoors in all seasons! A perfect spot for groups with lots of space inside and out. We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

Indoor Infinity Pool /Wine Barrel HotTub /Sun Room

This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Cute and cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath house in Saint Helen. Sit on the front deck and watch the cars go by as your pet runs free in the fully fenced yard. Bring your ATV or ORV and jump on the trails across the street and head to the sand dunes. Enjoy a day at the beach with access to 2 private beaches. Or relax by the bonfire in the backyard. Nice ranch with Houghton Lake at the end of the street. Access to launch a small boat. DNR launch close by. Property is on Devonshire which is the access road for the ORV trails. Trails are 1/2 mile down the street. Large fenced in yard with fire pit, BBQ and swing set. Great for kids. Boating, trail riding, hunting or just relaxing this is it. Sheets and towels included. Well water. Please note we have security cameras to monitor outdoor house access. Our cleaning staff is top notch.

Cousin Cottage

Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (small appliances, pots & pans, utensils, etc). Dining table with family games. Right across the street from the lake on the south shore. Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream shop, etc. Half a block lake access for ice fishing and snowmobiling. No pets please.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home gives you full access to 10 acres of property with a large yard and 2 car garage. Hosts Luke and Angie live next door with 2 sons, 1 very friendly dog and 2 cats. Au Sable River Getaway

One mile from the Mason Wilderness Tract, view eagles, deer and other wildlife out the front door, relax beside the peaceful South Branch of the Au Sable, a trout stream (catch and release, please), hunt in fall, enjoy cross-country skiing at several nearby trails including the 12-mile-long Mason Tract Trail, ski rentals, lessons and trails nearby.
