Calling groups who love the outdoors in all seasons! A perfect spot for groups with lots of space inside and out. We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

Calling Michigan enthusiasts, fishermen, boaters, outdoors lovers, and family gatherings, to beautiful River Vista- a quiet, private location, perfect for Up North getaways. The living room features a gas fireplace and roomy leather sectional, while the dinning room provides comfortable seating for 16+ people with panoramic views of the stunning water and shore. Two refrigerators and a game room provide you with everything you need for a memorable visit. Perfect for gatherings of any kind.

Indoor Infinity Pool / HotTub / Infrared Sauna

This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

The Modern Moose will captivate you with its unique design and modern architecture. 2 acres of stunning mature trees surround the property. After a long day on Higgins Lake, relax on the wraparound deck, which features a 6-person hot tub, gas grill, picnic table, wicker egg chair, and outdoor shower. Enjoy the view of the nature preserve which is home to a plethora of wildlife. Or spend the evening watching a movie on the Roku TV, playing board games, or listening to music on the turntable.

Cozy 2-bedroom cottage close to trails & beaches

Cute and cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath house in Saint Helen. Sit on the front deck and watch the cars go by as your pet runs free in the fully fenced yard. Bring your ATV or ORV and jump on the trails across the street and head to the sand dunes. Enjoy a day at the beach with access to 2 private beaches. Or relax by the bonfire in the backyard. Houghton Lake Escape

Our vacation property escape is super comfortable. It includes all dishes, pans, utensils you'll need. This 2 bedroom sleeps 6 easily with a bunk room, comfortable new pull out bed in the living room sofa, and a master bedroom with full bed. Fully stocked kitchen w/coffee! Air Conditioning in the primary bedroom and living room area. TV with Live TV and Internet. Washer and Dryer. Great area for ATVs and trails only blocks away!! The deck/porch is spacious, featuring chairs and lounges.

Nice ranch with Houghton Lake at the end of the street. Access to launch a small boat. DNR launch close by. Property is on Devonshire which is the access road for the ORV trails. Trails are 1/2 mile down the street. Large fenced in yard with fire pit, BBQ and swing set. Great for kids. Boating, trail riding, hunting or just relaxing this is it. Sheets and towels included. Well water. Please note we have security cameras to monitor outdoor house access. Our cleaning staff is top notch.

Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream shop, etc. Half a block lake access for ice fishing and snowmobiling. No pets please.

House offers plenty of parking for your boat/trailer/toys and is 5 mins from South State Park, Marl Lake, Dollar General, The Barn, and the famous Nibbles Ice Cream. Property is within walking distance to Redwood Golf Course and Markey Township Park. Newly remodeled with a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a large screen flat TV for movie night.
