Self contained annexe comprises of a double bedroom with clothes hanging space. Tea & coffee making facilities, a small fridge and breakfast basket. NOTE No Cooking Facilities. Modern shower room. Views over Totternhoe Knolls, walkable to the Downs and Gliding club. Whipsnade Zoo, Bletchley Park, Luton Airport and stations to London are a short drive away.

Set in the rolling hills of the Chilterns 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' & close to the stunning Ashridge Estate. 10 min drive to Berkhamsted. Explore beautiful walks on the doorstep or take a 2 min stroll up to the Amaravati Buddhist monastery for meditation. The Harry Potter Studio Tour is 20 min drive away or settle in at the award winning Alford Arms pub in the nearby village.

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

The Lodge is a separate building from the main house and has a private patio for relaxing in the sunshine or stargazing at night. The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.
