With backup power supply, uninterrupted sea and mountain views and a 5 minute walk to the beach right next to Mariner's Wharf, restaurants and renowned flea markets. The villa has 3 levels with their own large bedroom suites. All bedrooms have king size beds, air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms. Secure off street parking, guest bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, scullery, dining and lounge area.

The home has a new inverter / battery back-up, so functions effectively during any electricity outages (TV's, WiFi, lights, electrical sockets etc). Secure parking is also available

Mountain House

Mountain House is perched at the top of Camps Bay . The house has three bedrooms two with queen size beds, one with a double bed . It has two bathroom areas, two showers one bath , two toilets. A fully equipped kitchen. A fireplace for those chilly nights. It has all the bells and whistles in terms of internet,wi fi , cable TV , webber gas braai, great outdoor areas to chill and of course a pool . There is a battery inverter for the property to mitigate power outages .

Blackwood Log Cabin

A tranquil and private mountain retreat where water, forest and mountains will re-awaken the soul. Set high on the mountain slopes of Constantia Nek, Blackwood Log Cabin has panoramic views across the lush valley to the mountains beyond. The 2 bedroomed house sleeps 4 with 2 bathrooms. Power outages are being experienced by SA - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

Bordering the Table Mountain Nature Reserve and offering spectacular views of Hout Bay, Mount Elsewhere is the perfect stay-over for nature lovers and those who enjoy peace and tranquility. Super-fast and uncapped fibre Internet with solar-powered battery backup make this an ideal creative and productive work space.

Large spacious comfortable home set in established gardens. All on one level the home is airy light with high ceilings and wonderful indoor outdoor flow from the spacious living areas out to the pool, large patio entertainment area, barbecue & fire pit. The home is set on spacious grounds with beautiful mountain views of table mountain national park. For monthly bookings use of Toytora Fortuner is an option at an additional cost.

Upstairs a lovely living room with glass doors onto granite verandah and beautiful mountain and see views and ensuite master bedroom. Inverter installed so we do not notice the power outages.
