When you arrive at the Silver-room via your own private entrance into the quirky colourful courtyard that oozes with character,you know it’s the start of your holiday . It lights up so on a summer night you can enjoy a with a glass of wine and have your breakfast in the sun in the morning. You enter through French doors into your gorgeous Silver Room of reflections and understated sumptuous elegance . It’s contemporary but cosy and just everything is there inside to make your stay special.

Relax at our large 1850 Victorian house in the centre of Brighton. A comfortable large double room with small attractive private bathroom a few steps away. High ceilings, large windows, comfy bed, quality cotton linen, towels, sofa, small table, chair, TV, fast WiFi, tea making facilities. The room is by the entrance giving you privacy. Breakfast served in the room on request. In the heart of Brighton but in a residential street, a few mins from shops, restaurants. The sea is 12 mins walk.

This is a welcoming home in a quiet cul-de-sac off the vibrant Cliffe High street, 2 minutes walk from the beautiful South Downs. A second, larger, double room is available "Large Sunny Room with Cliffe View". These rooms share a bathroom. There is a seperate loo. You can also book the attic room which has an ensuite - Castle View, a green sanctuary. Also the whole house "Charming Victorian Terraced House", sleeps 6 can be rented. Close to Brighton, the universities and the Downs - a city break or walking holiday base. We're a bit further out, uphill, close to the race course, but with free parking. Walk to town is 25 mins. Near to bus stops for regular buses to town and the beach. 5-10 mins in a car from town or the station.
