Situated in the perfect location just moments from the beach this hidden oasis is surrounded by local cafes', restaurants, boutiques and bakeries; and is a short stroll into central Brighton. The house boasts two sunny roof terraces, perfect for dining in the sun! I'm always happy to help, please contact me with your requirements and I will do everything I can to assist you. Please note the Airbnb is situated next to a lovely pub. It's mostly quiet but very occasionally they can make noise.

Our unique detached little home in Brighton is only a 20 minute walk from the famous North Laines shopping district. We’re nestled very snugly, and conveniently, between two excellent pubs! Brighton is a unique, vibrant place to visit, with its colourful and creative charm. We are proud of our city and it’s diversity. Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure, you will find public transport easy to navigate, with regular buses and three train stations, all within easy walking distance.

Little house on the hill

My terraced cottage is located in Hanover where the streets are full of colourful houses. There are lots of local pubs serving delicious food. It is only a short walk from the famous Laines, the beach and station. I have a small courtyard where you can sit and listen to the seagulls. Parking is tricky but I can help out with recommendations and there is always space to park to drop off bags at the house. There is no television but good wifi. No parties here, my neighbours are too precious!

Next to Richardson Rd where you find cafes, butcher, beauty salon, newsagent, general shop…a buzzy community hidden gem. Beach, tennis, padel, skate park & Hove lagoon with its water sports centre, playground, shops & pubs etc 5 minutes walk. City centre is just a 15 min bus ride or 10 min by taxi. The house is super quiet to get a great nights sleep & escape the hubbub of Brighton and a great base.
