This original, grade 2 listed, black & white fronted house with its dramatic barley twisted chimneys has all the modern amenities you require for a relaxing stay. The house is the perfect base to explore the surrounding areas of Wirral, Liverpool, Chester and North Wales and is just a short walk from Port Sunlight train station, Gladstone Theatre, a quaint coffee shop, the local pub and nearby restaurants!

Davies Cottage, cosy, comfortable base

A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

We’re an outdoorsy family of 5+3 rescue dogs and having lived in the cabin ourselves we can vouch that’s it’s as comfy and homely as it is quirky and cool. Situated within the Oxton Conservation Area, and only a few minutes walk away from Oxton Village itself, where you will find multiple Bars, Restaurants, Cafe's and Take-aways. The apartment is situated at the foot of a large Victorian house and has been refurbished in the style of a cosmopolitan seaside holiday home. There is ample off-road parking. Liverpool City Centre is only short drive or bus journey away with a host of tourist attractions.

Our large Victorian house is in a quiet leafy road in South Liverpool It contains a comfortable basement flat, with a separate and private entrance. You can also park directly outside. It is only a ten minute taxi ride from Liverpool airport and on direct bus and train routes ( 10 minutes ) into the city centre. Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey.

Ex Servants Quarters: Character Basement Apartment

The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.
