The house offers an outdoor barrel sauna with cooling tub (charged separately), outdoor swimming pool, trampoline and much more. The whole house is air-conditioned. Guests can use the charging station for electric cars.

Apartmán je umístěn v 1.patře postupně rekonstruované vily. V blízkém okolí je mnoho turistických tras i cyklotras. V zimě velmi vhodné na běžky (Jizerská magistrála) i lyže. V ubytováni je k dispozici zahrada s místem na grilování, dětské piskoviste, místo na uložení kol a lyží. Cely apartmán je plně vybaveny.
