Lakefront Cottage w/Free Pontoon & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a small cove on a big lake, this fully renovated cottage has 66' of private shoreline and includes the FREE use of pontoon w/dock plus paddle boat & 2 kayaks (from May through October, weather permitting). The cottage sleeps up to 5 people. For larger groups, bundle Swan Cottage w/our other lakefront property 2 doors away. For outdoor enthusiast the cottage is surrounded by an array of outdoor activities including hiking and bicycle trails, and fishing. Kayak rentals available! Enjoy a two mile walk around the lake which includes a wooden walking bridge. Relax on our large deck and savor the spectacular views of the lake.

Seahorse Cottage

Just a short walk from the water (2 min, NOT lakefront, side street). Crystal lake is 5.3 miles. There is an access site you can anchor a boat at for the day (anchor, no dock or land, but you can anchor in the water and walk back to the cottage), the beach is 1/2 mile away, and raceway is 1 mile away. The large double lot sometimes has guests in a camper on the 2nd lot and a shared firepit. Golfcarts are allowed. Valid photo ID and phone number will be required immediately after booking.

Bass Lake Mama's House

Feel right at home with a stay at a renovated cottage that brings together the traditional family cabin feel with a clean modern base. Situated on the north shore of 100 acre all sports Bass Lake. The cottage can be enjoyed throughout all of the seasons of Michigan. As fall approaches, note the state hunting land is just a 100 yard walk. The interior is a blend of rustic cozy meets modern touches. This is a home and not a hotel so you will find quirks that belong to any individual home.

Cabin in the Woods

35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

Enjoy relaxed days and peaceful nights at this unique and tranquil getaway. Experience nature right from the deck of this cozy log cabin constructed out of whole cedar logs. Listen to the flowing water of the Chippewa River only 100 feet from the deck and hear the bird songs of a variety of species while enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon beverages. If your lucky you may catch a glimpse of any number of different wildlife living along this stretch of river.

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

Cozy 1 Bed Apt in Vintage Downtown Ionia

On the brick road, this quaint downtown apartment is full of charm. 600 ft of renovated space will accommodate 4 for short term rentals or 2 for rentals of more than 1 week. The Houston House

The Houston House is a completely renovated quiet country house on a paved road. You will have the house all to yourself and a large backyard right along Fish Creek. Two bedrooms two full bathrooms with all new bedding, towels, linens await you. The new custom cherry kitchen with granite countertops is fully stocked with cooking utensils and stainless appliances. Relax in the living room with leather couches and electric fireplace.
