Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

I sovrummet dubbelsäng o bäddsoffa som blir 1.20-säng. tv m Chromecast. Väldigt lugnt område, nära till både bad, affär, mysiga caféer. 15 min promenad till fin badbrygga. Barn är välkomna att använda studsmatta. Två uteplatser, en lite skuggigare för varma dagar.

Lägenhet 50 kvm, 1,5 rum o kök samt egen uteplats och trädgård. Renoverad i gammal stil. Lägenheten ligger på bottenplanet i en villa. Du städar själv och tar med egna lakan/badlakan. Lakan/badlakan finns att hyra, 100 kr/set. Ni tvättar dem efter er. Obs finns ej TV. Här upptäcker du Stockholm och bor samtidigt i ett lummigt område med badplats bara 300 m från huset och vandringsleder i skogen intill. Gratis parkering eller buss+pendeltåg el buss+tunnelbana. (30-45 min kollektivt till City.).

The sofa bed in the kitchen cum living room can be converted into a floor level mattress . Fully equipped kitchen has induction stove, oven, mini fridge, kettle and toaster.

Welcome to my peaceful private guest suite with beautiful lake views, inside my rooftop home. Enjoy a peaceful retreat overlooking the lake while staying close to everything Stockholm has to offer. Slussen, the gateway to Stockholm City and many of the city’s most popular attractions, is just 15 minutes away by one of several frequent bus lines. From there, it’s only a short 5-minute walk to the charming Old Town, Gamla Stan.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
