Drömtorpet i Björkefall

”Dröm torpet” is placed in the southern Sweden, in the Northwestern part off Blekinge just 2 hours from Cophagen Airport. The house is a classic red Swedish house with a view to two lakes and nothing els then forrest. The house is decorated in an old, cozy style with all the daily luxury as dishwasher, washing machine and a modern bathroom. You have access to own pier with rowboat, kayak and swimming. There are plenty of opportunities to go fishing, hiking or see moose’s or deer’s near the house

Hög standard i 1700-tals hus vars unika själ är väl bevarad. Perfekt för en privat helg eller semester nära naturen. Boytan är 180 m2, nyrenoverat med fullt utrustat kök, även nepresso för ditt morgon kaffe! Huset är inrett i modern lantlig stil kryddat med asiatiska influenser. Stora sällskapsytor och trädgård med syrenberså och barbecue. Skogen ligger på promenadavstånd. Närmsta badplats är Välje vid Virestad sjön. 15km till Älmhult och IKEA museum. 50 km till Växjö och 60 km till Glasriket.

Close to Åsnen, its national park and free nature

With the lake Åsnen at sight, open fields around it and the forest behind, this place can offer all the best of Swedish countryside. The cottage is across the courtyard to the main house. Your entrance is facing mine, but outside the backdoor you´ll find all the space you need to be on your own. Nice beaches on convenient distance and within a radius of 10 km you will find cosy cafés, farmers shops and much more. And not to forget: Åsnen National Park, of which I´m certified as a collaborator.

Charmigt gästhus med två lägenheter i Hulevik

Under högsäsong vecka 24-35 är det endast veckovis uthyrning med bytesdag lördag som gäller. Gästhuset har en unik karaktär med många charmiga detaljer. Det består av två lägenheter, varje våning med 6 sängar och matplats för 6 personer. Gästhuset har en stor vacker trädgård med en idyllisk uteplats där du kan sitta och äta tillsammans. På uteplatsen finns också en vedeldad badtunna, grill och ett stort trätrall för soliga dagar. Fotbollsplan och gungor för barnen finns också i trädgården.

Gula Villan i Hulevik, intill Åsnens nationalpark

Högsäsong v. 24-35 är det endast hela veckor med bytesdag lördagar som gäller. Nytt kök färdigt våren 2026 :) Gula Villan är ett gammalt hus som ligger i mysiga Hulevik, endast 1,5 km till Åsnens nationalpark. Huset är stort på ca 170 kvm och erbjuder 4 stycken stora sovrum samt ett uthus med sovloft. Huset har två kaminer som går att elda i, samt en stor bastu med plats för 6 personer. Gula Villan har en stor och vacker trädgård och det är nära till strand och båthamn, ca 200-300 m.

Stenhaga - hus vid egen sjö

Stenhaga, hus med sjötomt, ca 80 meter från vår egna sjö. Stort trädäck med bord och sittplatser. Liten sandstrand. Flytbrygga med badstege. Huset ligger nära Smedstugan, vårt andra hus vi hyr ut här på airbnb. Fiske ingår. Inplanerad lax. En fisk ingår i hyran därefter 100 kr / lax. Roddbåt ingår. Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

Stort hus vid sjön Åsnen med egen brygga o jacuzzi

Bo i ett vackert, renoverat hus precis vid kanten av sjön Åsnen i nära anslutning till nationalparken. Huset har en egen brygga och fiskerättigheter samt öppen spis, stor altan med jacuzzi och omgiven av vacker natur och härlig sjöutsikt. Det finns 4 separata sovrum med plats för totalt 6 personer, stort kök och öppna sällskapsytor. Vi inkluderar lakan och övriga bekvämligheter samt tillgång till cyklar, två kanoter och grill i hyran. Möjlighet finns även att hyra båt.

Welcome to our brand new (2022) and modern house nestled in the heart of the beautiful Småland woods in Sweden. Surrounded by lush trees and situated right next to a small tranquil lake, our house offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our house is located in the nature reserve of Lake Åsnen, only 200 meters from the lake itself. This is an area known for its stunning natural beauty and abundance of outdoor recreational opportunities.

An impressive lake house situated beautifully looking out over lake Åsnen. The 2300sqm garden extends all the way down to the lake. 50 meters from the house is a cozy beach where you could take a swim or try to catch some fish. The house is modern with high standard and is located in a quiet area in a beautiful nature with few other houses nearby. Here you can enjoy cycling, hiking, boat trip or just relax and watch the world go by.

Our cozy cottage is beautifully situated on our small farm in the middle of the Småland forest. The forest is located right around the corner for wonderful forest excursions. Next to the house there is a pond where you can swim. Cozy beach with sun loungers that you can enjoy in nice weather. The farm is only 10 minutes from the beautiful lake Åsnen and only 25 minutes to Växjö or Älmhult.

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. Plats för hela familjen i storstugan och gästhuset. Här finns något för alla i familjen. Bad, paddling, fiske, cykling, solnedgång på bryggan och flera naturreservat och nationalparker med många vandringsleder i närheten. Tillgång till fem kanoter och en roddbåt och flytvästar för alla åldrar.

Enjoy a relaxing stay with good standards on a lovely Swedish setting. High speed internet and no TV. Things to do are close by car, but quiet when you open the door. Full of light during the day, but no streetlight only the stars above at night. Enjoy the nature and water around lake Åsnen and the new national park.
